Hookers For Charity - Is Sex Tax Deductible?

In a move to crack down on prostitution CraigsList.org has announced that it “would now charge a small fee and require credit card verification for postings in the “erotic services” section of the site, in addition to an existing requirement that a working phone number be supplied.”

Then they went on to say that the revenue generated from these ads will be donated to charity.

So gentlemen it looks like you now have a social responsibility to respond to those “massage” ads on Craigslist.  It’s one big happy community service circle: the more you utilize these services the more ads the women can afford to place which in turn raises more funds for charity.  Now the only question is, does that make it a tax write-off?
